(3) Quickstart to OhGodAnethlargementPill
Generally speaking, while mining the 2 Ethash currencies of GTX 1080 and GTX 1080Ti (including dual mining mode), acceleration effect can be achieved in 30 minutes by running OhGodAnETHlargementPill before launcher and bat.
Step 1 : Download and install Microsoft Powershell. If your Windows is already installed with Powershell, then this step can be skipped. Or else, please execute this step.
Step2 : Running download_OhGodAnETHlargementPill.bat.
Step 3: The following program will be obtained after the running process in Step 2.
Step 4: Run the downloaded OhGodAnETHlargementPill-r2.exe which may require administrative rights as the following picture shows.
Step 5: Run the document of mine_eth_xvg.bat or mine_eth.bat.
The following figure manifests the test result of mining for one 1080 and five 1060 video cards:
Figure 1 and 2 manifest the contrastive difference in the same video card with and without third-party tool opened. In the former case, the power approaches 44.31MH/s while in the latter case, it reaches 32.17MH/s
It can be demonstrated from Figure 2 and 3 that mining power remains the same for ETH both in dual mining and solo mining.
